1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging ZETREX's services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ZETREX provides website design and development, UI/UX design, graphic design, video editing, and related digital services as described on this website or in a written project proposal.
3. Project Scope & Quotes
All pricing shown on this website is indicative. A final quote is confirmed after a discovery call and is based on the agreed scope of work. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Enterprise projects may follow a milestone-based payment schedule.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds during the design phase. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
6. Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines depend on timely feedback and content being provided by the client. Delays in client feedback may extend the project timeline accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final delivered assets transfers to the client. ZETREX retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-Party Tools & Licenses
Some projects may rely on third-party platforms, plugins, stock assets, or licenses. Ongoing costs for such tools are the client's responsibility unless included in the agreed package.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client is billed for work completed up to that point.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZETREX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites or assets, including third-party service outages beyond our control.
11. Maintenance & Support
Post-launch support is limited to the scope defined in the client's package or maintenance plan. Additional support requests may be billed separately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
